Construction Spinal Injury

For a 56-year-old construction worker who was significantly injured after a large piece of equipment fell over the side of a flatbed truck owned and operated by the defendant. After being struck, pinned down and rendered unconscious by the construction equipment, the client sustained significant and permanent spinal injuries, numbness and long-term pain. He will most likely need additional surgeries in the future. The case went to arbitration where the Arbitrator found the defendant’s negligence caused the permanent injuries.
