Padberg, Corrigan & Appelbaum Changes Name to Padberg Appelbaum Knepper

St. Louis Attorney Nicole Burlison Knepper Promoted to Principal and Partner

St. Louis, MO – January 11, 2023 – Padberg, Corrigan & Appelbaum, the 68-year-old personal injury law firm located in St. Louis, Missouri, is now Padberg Appelbaum Knepper (PAK). The name change went into effect January 1, 2023. The new name and logo reflect the firm’s growth in providing unparalleled and unrivaled representation to personal injury victims and recognizes the promotion of Nicole Burlison Knepper to principal and partner.  

Knepper joined the firm in 2016 as an associate attorney. She represents clients who have been injured in a range of civil practice cases, including automobile accidents, worker’s compensation, wrongful death, and premises liability. She is licensed in Missouri and Illinois with experience at the state, federal, and appellate court levels.     

Knepper is active in the legal community as a member of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. She currently serves as 1st Vice President of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis and has been on the organization’s executive committee for six years. She has received numerous professional recognitions over the years including being named to the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers, a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and recipient of the Lon O. Hocker Award. She received an undergraduate degree in French and International Studies from the University of Missouri Columbia and earned her J.D. from the St. Louis University School of Law.

Padberg, Corrigan & Appelbaum Principal and Partner Michael Corrigan retired from the practice on January 1, 2022, following a successful career representing victims for more than 30 years.
